The Punjab Arts Council arranged a painting competition for the students of schools at the Open Air Theatre 'Bagh-e-Jinnah', here on Friday. Students from more than 80 schools of the provincial metropolis as well as special children participated in the competition. They, in their art works, highlighted different aspects of nature.

Prominent painter Shah Nawaz Zaidi, Professor Arif Khan, Afroza Sarmad and Ali Tahir were the judges in the competition. Students from Beacon House school, City School, Crescent Model School, Unique High School, Divisional Public School, St. Anthony School, besides special children of various institutions including Shalimar Education Centre Johar Town, Hamza Foundation and National Education, showed outstanding performance in the competition.
